turned comments off because most of you are misunderstanding the video!! i have no issues with locking in for your wedding and documenting the process, i post fitness content all the time :) my issue is showing photos of your stomach flat & toned and telling your audience of young girls that you’re STILL unhappy with that and want to go possibly 10% lower in body fat. i find that quite insane because those details are completely unnecessary and it’s so easy to leave that out when sharing your fi
