Bedtime battles in toddlers and even older kids are so common and they’re almost never about “bad behaviour.” If your little one resists, gets upset or stalls at bedtime, it’s usually because the transition is just hard for them. Kids don’t want the day to end. They want more time with you, more play, more connection. And when the routine feels rushed or overstimulating, their bodies can’t settle, no matter how tired they are. For toddlers 2.5 , giving them a bit of ownership helps a lot. Watch
