Jun 7, 2017 · Skyblivion has a lot of traction right now, partly due to the fact that we've got a lot of talented people aboard who make wonderful job at new content, and partly because we basically have tools to port almost everything from Oblivion to Skyrim, so basically we're able to cook a new Skyblivion build out of clean Oblivion in like an hour or so.

Edit, after googling some more Skyblivion, I've come across a few articles saying they've quoted the team saying that they "promise a 2025 release date at the latest".

Play Oblivion first. I think you'll appreciate SkyBlivion a lot more if you have played Oblivion. But if you do, do get the essential mods like the unofficial patches, OBSE, 4GB patcher, Darnified UI with the DarNifiedUI Config addon and an auto save mod like Simple Saves.

Aug 26, 2021 · Due to the enhanced engine both Skywind and Skyblivion will only be coming to SSE. So if this mod is your only reason for getting Skyrim, then get SSE. Both mod projects will not require SA. SA is more like an update to SSE. So having or not having SA doesn't matter. Personally, if I were you I would wait. You say you have a backlog of games.

Jan 9, 2022 · Besides that I'd imagine the size of skyblivion is going to be pretty big, definitely well beyond the size limit Xbox has. And PlayStation is even worse. Plus PlayStation doesn't allow 3rd party assets which skyblivion is almost entirely 3rd party assets. So basically no, it won't.
