Today, Jazz Reid, a 32-year-old man from Kensington, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm and ammunition. Reid will at appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 29 November.

A 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a shooting in Ladbroke Grove on Sunday afternoon. A second man arrested earlier this week has been released on bail pending further inquiries.

An eight-year-old girl was seriously injured when she was shot in “an appalling incident” in west London. The child, who is now in a stable condition, and a 34-year-old man who was also injured were taken to hospital after being shot in Southern Row, Ladbroke Grove, just after 5.30pm on Sunday, the Metropolitan Police said.
