ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) – We start today in the 20s and finish in the 30s as snow moves in from the west. Expect snow showers Wednesday night into early Thursday to come in bursts, occasionally spitting out a few tenths of an inch here an there to add up to about an inch or so through Thursday morning.
