The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is ready to accept the Hybrid model for Champions Trophy 2025, but had put forth a one condition before the International Cricket Council.

According to a report in news agency PTI, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is ready to accept to the hybrid model for the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy and play India in Dubai, but on one condition. This is only if the International Cricket Council (ICC) implements the same policy for every global event till 2031.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has agreed to host the 2025 Champions Trophy under a hybrid model, with India playing its matches in Dubai due to security concerns. The PCB has also demanded that this model applies to all ICC events in India until 2031,

While the PCB had initially been adamant about the entire Champions Trophy taking place in Pakistan in the months of February and March next year, it reportedly accepted the hybrid model over the weekend following the ICC’s emergency board meeting.
