Proving they’re ready to defend their UAAP crown, the NU Lady Bulldogs sweep the La Salle Lady Spikers in the finale to rule the SSL collegiate preseason volleyball action

For the third straight year, the NU Lady Bulldogs reigned supreme in the SSL Collegiate Pre-Season Championship with a 23-25, 25-18, 25-16, 25-20 Game 2 romp over fierce rivals La Salle Lady Spikers at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum yesterday.

The new Lady Bulldogs shot-caller won in each and every stop of his three-day trip from Manila where he won Game 1 with NU on Friday, to Ilocos Sur that saw Creamline dominate Akari on Saturday, and back to Manila where he’d earn another crown jewel to one of Philippine volleyball’s most decorated coaching resumes.

National University hopes its historic grand slam run in the 2024 Shakey’s Super League will translate into a second straight title conquest in the UAAP early next year.
