Luca Guadagninos' SGT. Rock movie might halted production, but it might just be for the time being as the DCU prepares a new schedule for it.

Warner Bros. and DC Films have scrapped development Luca Guadagnino's planned Sgt. Rock movie that was to star Colin Farrell.

It was also in the throes of casting, trying to line up actors who would play the men of Easy Company, the combat unit fighting Nazi forces in Europe. Sources say Mike Faist, who starred in Guadagnino’s Challengers, was lined up for a role. A part of a female French resistance fighter had also been set, per sources.
