Samsung Dex for Windows app will soon be discontinued with the launch of One UI 7 and will be replaced by “Link to Windows” feature.

DeX for Windows will no longer support Samsung Galaxy devices running on One UI 7, but the feature will remain functional with external displays and input devices

On the Samsung DeX landing page, the company revealed that One UI 7 will not support the Samsung DeX app on Windows. This app made it possible to seamlessly transfer files and more between devices. However, there was a ton of feature overlap between DeX and Microsoft Phone Link, and Samsung now wants you to move to the latter.
