Nico Hischier scored three goals in the second period for the New Jersey Devils, who sped past the Nashville Predators on Monday at Prudential Center.

Steven Stamkos and Jonathan Marchessault each scored in the win over the Jets, the first time both have scored in the same game since arriving in Nashville. Roman Josi added two goals and is now tied with Filip Forsberg for the team lead in points (16).
