You may not have known it by the scoreboard, but yes, the Los Angeles Galaxy scored just one goal in the MLS Western Conference Championships. However, one goal was all that they needed.

Dejan Joveljic scored his fifth goal of the playoffs in the 86th minute and the LA Galaxy advanced to the MLS Cup final for the first time since 2014 with a 1-0 victory over the Seattle Sounders in the Western Conference final.

The Galaxy led 3-2 at halftime before adding three second-half goals to secure a 6-2 win and a spot in the Western Conference final against the Seattle Sounders next Saturday.
