Vladimir Putin has threatened to hit Kyiv with “all the means of destruction at Russia’s disposal” if Ukraine receives nuclear weapons from the US.The Russian leader was responding to a New York Times report quoting unidentified officials as suggesting Joe Biden could give Ukraine nuclear weapons before he exits office in January.
