Police say two people are dead following a crash in Pelham Manor Tuesday morning. They say at 9:15 a.m., a Tesla struck a wall at the intersection of Pelhamdale Avenue and Shore Road. Pelham Manor police say two people, who have not been identified yet, were pronounced dead at the scene.

We heard popping and we saw that it was a Tesla so we knew the battery was compromised and was also involved with the fire,” Pelham Manor fire chief Michael Greco told The Post.
