The Mountain West claimed the Pac-12 failed to allege harm done by the scheduling agreement between the conferences.

The Mountain West filed a motion Monday to dismiss a Pac-12 lawsuit challenging the millions of dollars of poaching fees that were included in a football-scheduling agreement between Oregon State, Washington State and the MW.

Two months after the Pac-12 took the Mountain West to court over the legality of a penalty in the conferences' scheduling agreement, the defendant fired back.
