A Delaware judge rejected Tesla CEO Elon Musk's multibillion-dollar pay package again, writing that the company's approval process was 'deeply flawed.'

A judge rules Elon Musk is not entitled to receive the compensation package Tesla shareholders voted for. The package is worth $103 billion and consists of 303 million Tesla options.

The ruling by the judge follows her January decision that called the pay package excessive and rescinded it, surprising investors.
