Ed Sheeran releases music video shot in Suffolk
The former Framlingham schoolboy filmed the video for his newest Christmas single Under The Tree on Southwold seafront and around the town. The video, which was released this week, features Sheeran and Bridgerton star Claudia Jessie, and was shot by Love Actually director Richard Curtis.

That Christmas is based on the children’s book series by Richard Curtis, who wrote the screenplay for the modern Christmas classic Love, Actually. Curtis directed Sheeran’s video for “Under the Tree,” choosing to film the clip in Southwold in Suffolk, which evokes the movie’s fictional town of Wellington-on-Sea.
