The Miami Heat are on a "short list" of preferred teams for Sacramento Kings star De'Aaron Fox in the event he's traded, according to Yahoo Sports'

Bam Adebayo has a pitch ready for De’Aaron Fox if he’s interested in joining the Miami Heat. With trade rumors swirling around the Kings potentially trading Fox, Adebayo would love to join forces with his close friend and college teammate.

That’s because the Spurs — reportedly Fox’s preferred trade destination — currently have nine tradeable first-round picks that they can include in a deal to the Heat’s one tradeable first-round selection. San Antonio also has young talent such as Keldon Johnson, Devin Vassell and others who it can add to any trade package for Fox.
