Aurora Police Department's SWAT team and negotiators are on the scene of a standoff at an Aurora apartment complex.

Police reportedly executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1900 block of South Ouray Street at 11 a.m. According to police, 16 people were detained and four of them were arrested - including three people with active felony arrest warrants.

The property manager of the Gardens on Havana is providing retail space to the Aurora Police Department for free for five years. Their presence has already made a difference.
