Karlsson (personal) will not be in the lineup Monday versus Philadelphia, per Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Karlsson will miss his ninth game of the season and first since Oct. 25. Mason Morelli will draw into the lineup in Karlsson's stead.

The Vegas Golden Knights will be without Zach Whitecloud and William Karlsson tonight as they end the Eastern part of their road trip against the Philadelphia Flyers.

Vegas took six minutes in penalties to the Flyers' two and fell into an early 3-0 hole. Off of 31 saves from Ilya Samsonov and a resilient offensive effort, the Golden Knights escaped Philly with a 5-4 win in a shootout, but flaws were abundant.

Emil Andrae scored his first career goal for Philadelphia, and Matvei Michkov netted his eighth goal of the season. Morgan Frost and Sean Couturier also scored for the Flyers, who blew a 3-0 lead.

Couturier, Morgan Frost, Matvei Michkov, and Emil Andrae had the Flyers surging out of the gate, but they failed to close out Vegas.

The Vegas Golden Knights are set to duel with the Philadelphia Flyers and could be without Zach Whitecloud after he left Saturday's contest against the Montreal Canadiens with an apparent injury.
