Ozzy Osbourne performed his final concert with Black Sabbath on July 5, 2025, at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, while sitting on a bat-themed throne. The 76-year-old rocker was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019.

The singer joined forces with guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer, and drummer Bill Ward for the first time in 20 years.More than 50 years after they first formed, the original lineup of Black Sabbath reunited to bid farewell to Ozzy Osbourne.
