A 25-year-old woman who went missing for a short time was found dead by her family using cellphone data, Minnesota police said. Officers responded at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 1 to reports of “an unresponsive person lying on the ground,” according to a news release from the Minneapolis Police Department.

An initial investigation indicated family members of the victim used cell phone location information to find the 25-year-old woman, who they had not heard from since Saturday night.
