A Powerball ticket sold in Virginia won $1 million but just missed the $184 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The ticket matched five winning numbers, but not the Powerball, in the drawing Monday, Nov. 25, the national Powerball site said.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The New York Lottery announced that there was a third prize winning Powerball ticket sold in Buffalo during the Nov. 25, 2024 drawing. A Delta Sonic Carwash located on Main Street sold the ticket which was worth $50,000.

The winning numbers in the Nov. 25 Powerball drawing were 5, 35, 45, 60, and 63, with a red "Powerball" number of 12. The "Power Play" multiplier was 2x. Here's a look at the breakdown of Georgia winnings:
