Broncos linebacker Drew Sanders activated to 53-man roster
Sanders has been on the PUP list since he tore an Achilles tendon during the early part of Denver’s offseason workout program last spring.

Linebacker Drew Sanders is back on the 53-man roster in Denver. The Broncos announced that Sanders was activated from the physically unable to perform list on Tuesday. The 2023 third-round pick has spent the entire season recovering from a torn Achilles he suffered this offseason.

Sanders was Broncos' third-round pick last year who suffered Achilles tear in spring. Dulcich was waived Tuesday by Broncos. Broncos also cut Throckmorton.

According to 9NEWS Denver’s Mike Klis, the Denver Broncos have activated edge rusher Drew Sanders off the Physically Unable to Perform list (PUP) and activated him to their 53-man roster. Sanders was drafted in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft and was viewed as an off-the-ball linebacker and an eventual starter at linebacker for the team moving forward.
