Constellation Brands will sell its Svedka vodka brand to alcoholic beverage company Sazerac in the coming months.

Constellation Brands said on Tuesday it would sell its Svedka vodka to New Orleans-based Sazerac, as the Corona beer maker looks to focus on its premium wine and spirits business. The company did not disclose the terms of the deal.

The divestiture comes as the Corona brewer focuses on premium wine and spirits while distancing itself from its less expensive offerings that are seeing a drop in consumption.
