A 19 First Alert Weather Day has been issued for Thursday as a storm system is set to bring rain and gusty winds to Northeast Ohio impacting any outdoor activities.
The rest of Monday stays dry and seasonable with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s and light northeast winds. Tuesday and Wednesday, a storm system will pass by to our south, bringing cloud cover to areas south of Philadelphia and even a couple of showers.
While much of the nation will be rain-free on Halloween, that won't be the case in much of the Northwest or parts of New England.
