Mississippi voters will decide winners for one seat on the state Supreme Court and one on the state Court of Appeals.

A position on the Mississippi Supreme Court is in a runoff on Tuesday.

This case is the second in recent years — and the third since the late 19th century — that asks the Supreme Court to overturn Mississippi’s disenfranchisement for some felonies.
