Robert Spillane set to return this wild card weekend
On Friday, New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel announced the injury status for several players. Missing from that group of names was linebacker Robert Spillane, who is set to play for the first time since Week 13 this Wild Card Weekend.
Spillane has been a key member of the Patriots' defense all season. He is still the team's leading tackler with 97 tackles, one sack, two interceptions, a forced fumble and five passes defensed. He has been one of the do-everything players for the team since signing in free agency.
