After a 26-21 loss to the Seattle Seahawks continued a season of frustration for the New York Jets, cornerback D.J. Reed lashed out at the NFL's game officials on his X account in a brief but profane post directed at NFL officiating.

It’s a rough time to be a New York Jet, after they blew a 14-point second-quarter lead Sunday to fall the Seahawks 26-21 – thanks, in large part, to former Jets Leonard Williams and Geno Smith – for their eighth loss in nine games.

The Jets defense did their part for most of the day as they watched the offense fail to put up points after the first quarter. Williams had two tackles for loss, a forced fumble, and a fourth-down sack on Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith.
