Rosie O’Donnell is speaking out after her oldest daughter’s third arrest in three months. Chelsea O’Donnell, 27, was taken into custody in Wisconsin’s Marinette County on Nov. 18 on two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, a felony count of possession of narcotic drugs and two felony counts of bail jumping, according to People.

Rosie O'Donnell confirmed that her daughter Chelsea O'Donnell had been arrested for a third time in three months after being bailed out by her birth mother.

The mother of four was previously arrested in September and October and charged with child neglect and drug possession.
