Police say 77-year-old Sidney Hoyt and 75-year-old Gary Foster of Bangor were last seen leaving the Maine Veteran’s Home on Hogan Road in Bangor sometime between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Tuesday. Hoyt suffers from multiple health issues, according to police.
