CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Longtime Congressman Jim Leach has died. He was 82 years old. The Davenport-native served 30 years in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1977-2007. The Republican broke from his party in 2008 when he endorsed Barack Obama instead of John McCain for President.
