Cinematographer Michał Dymek’s stark black-and-white lensing of “The Girl With the Needle” won the EnergaCamerimage Golden Frog, with special mention going to director Magnus von Horn, at the cinematography festival’s closing ceremony, Saturday in Torun, Poland.
