NASCAR clapped back at 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports after the pair of teams filed a second preliminary injunction against them as a strategic ploy.

XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports submitted a second preliminary injunction in the District Court of North Carolina on Tuesday seeking relief in the form of charter status through the duration of their antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR.

The attorney representing 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports in its lawsuit against NASCAR announced Saturday morning that, as of now, both organizations will be able to compete as open teams in 2025.
