Pocket Camp Complete is out now and it has one unexpected New Horizons feature right from the start that's completely game-changing.

You can craft furniture and the like by selecting the Craft option at the bottom of your screen in Pocket Camp. Most furniture will require Wood and some other crafting material. There are some exceptions to this, such as clothing or "steel" furniture, but generally, Wood is a valuable material you shouldn't sell.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete has finally been released in all relevant app stores, offering players a one-time purchase to fully experience everything the app has on offer. The original Pocket Camp mobile app included in-app purchases, cosmetics, and currencies that players come to expect from free-to-play mobile games.

Though it started out pretty chill, over the years, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp steadily became bloated with monetization. There were all kinds of things to spend real money on, including loot boxes for unlocking rare items.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp first launched as a free-to-play game in 2017 on Android and iOS devices, almost three years ahead of the Animal Crossing boom in 2020. The game got regular updates throughout its seven-year history, with new events, items, and features added in subsequent versions of the app.

Animal Crossing's long-running cosy smartphone spin-off will be switched off today, at 3pm UK time. That's just under two hours' away, at the time of writing. At that point, you'll no longer be able to log in or play Pocket Camp, and your account - unless linked to your Nintendo Account - will be gone for good.
