The reason was you were not careful before conversion dot prevents it. Here is a message same rule is written in VI . Hi, is the One Time Password(OTP) to upgrade your number from Prepaid to Postpaid. The OTP is valid for 10 min. Important: 1) After upgrade, conversion back to prepaid is not allowed for 90days. 2) Roaming service will not work in Jammu & Kashmir licensed service area.
