You don't need to climb the tower to get great views! The road up is uphill but not too bad.

You definitely can park the car and walk to the look out and surrounding areas. Probably best way.

The tower is 100 feet (30 meters) high, and has about 120 steps. It's very steep but there are stages where you can rest before tackling the next flight. There are no seats though. …

The tower is 100 feet (30 meters) high, and has about 120 steps. It's very steep but there are stages where you can rest before tackling the next flight. There are no seats though. There's also a viewing platform at the mid-point if you don't want to walk all the way to the top.
