How can I save email address using the OneDrive share feature
Yes, it sounds like you have understood correctly, I am just really confused with it as it seems to have stored one external user, indicating that it is possible to store the users, but it hasn't stored any others - I have no idea how I stored that particular address in order to do it for the others I wish to keep in the directory.

licensing is info stored on microsoft server? Or on computer hard drive? Can I replace failed hard drive without issues? I have a dell laptop without any restore CD's. I think everything was on the original hard drive. I am trying to copy all of the files to a new hard drive but since the old one has some problems it has hung up on 74% for hours.

Files that were stored on the desktop have disappeared
Files that were stored on the desktop have disappeared sometime between shutting down the computer on Sunday and powering it up on Thursday. The files are not in recycle bin. It is as if they never existed (the files do not appear in Word's list of recent documents). How can I recover the files and prevent this from happening again?
