"I bought 4 new lights at the store. They listened carefully to my preferences and even offered one of the display models. At home, I couldn't figure out how to get the globes on and one of the sales people stopped by on his day off to figure it out. Their customer service is off the charts. I highly recommend them."

"I wish I could give this a higher rating but honestly it was a waste of my time. \n\nMy laptop died and it was the battery that I needed to quickly replace since I was teaching a class in 5 hours. \n\nThey opened at 8 which was great! But I was first in line and there was only one worker. \n\nI kind of felt pushed out because he quickly looked and told me they didn't have it so he could get to the other customers. \n\nIt is what it is. I honestly thought this store would have carried batteries for PC laptops. \nI mean that's the name of the store!\n\nMight need to change the name to "Maybe Batteries "
