"This review comes after the Waterworks, Hetter merger... We have been a Hetter customer for 15+ years, and have relied on them for all our HVAC needs and purchased the annual checkups each year. Prior to the merger, we received reminder notifications that it was time to schedule our maintenance. Since the merger, nothing. The great office staff at the time was trying to work the new system to send out reminders but hasn't happened (that was 8-10 months ago). Sadly, now i understand Waterworks doesn't think it's important enough to continue the policy, which generated a lot of repeat customers like myself. Sad..."
