"Had a bike on hold for my mom while they were fixing the brakes on the bike she had chosen. She was told she would receive a call when the brakes had been repaired. She had not received a call so she decided to call to check on the status of the repair and was told the brakes had still not been repaired. That same night they sold the bike to another customer. When my mom called again the next day to check on the status of the brake repair she was informed the bike had been sold by mistake."
