"Went to pick up a part at the store for the oven, a light socket actually two light sockets. After giving him the model number to my oven, he told. me told me that he didn't have it in stock he would have to order it As he looked up the part, he told me they were $50 each I looked at him with a very surprised look and said I don't think so Then I asked him, do you know the part number for that part? He then replied to me, we don't give part numbers out. So not very helpful to say the least and try to charge me double for the part. I went to another store nearby. and they were gladly. able to help me with my part and give me a part number and only charge me $25 for the parts. I do not recommend this store. They still think it's COVID and they're charging double for everything."
